Because I have no clue where this is going to be (although I'm leaning toward yahoogroups) or what it'll be about, I'm going to leave this page up while I work on it.
If you'd like to be included in my December? I'm thinking December, but don't quote me, workshop--leave me a comment. Four weeks. Each week a different focus. There "will" be homework.
The first week will be story structures.
1) How and why they work and how to "see" them. Three act, one and two act. Contingent plots. And the various pieces of structure. There'll be lots of theory.
The second week I need to think about, but there'll be lots of hands on.
It'd be helpful if you leave info on exactly what you want to get out of a plot analysis workshop. And it'd also be helpful if you think about the time commitment something like this is going to take. All I ask is that you pay it forward--it's totally free. And limited to the first fourteen people who explain why they want to be in it.
Check back occasionally, because I need to work out the bugs and this is where I'll post what's going to happen and why.
